Buying hearing aids on the internet

Is it safe to buy?
Will the audiologist be fully qualified?
What happens about servicing etc?
Do I get the same guarantee?
Salesman selling out the back of cars?

Hold on a minute.......
Now firstly you are not buying hearing aids on the internet.......this is just another advertising medium...the same as seeing an advert in the newspaper, saga magazine, on TV in fact the same as any advertising anywhere........

We do not sell hearing aids on the internet
Every company that you have contacted in the past has usually been after seeing an advert, the best thing about the internet is you see many adverts all in the same place, you have access to smaller independent companies like ours who cannot afford to spend upto £10million a year on newspaper / tv advertising as some of the big retailers do.......wow £10million to add to the price of their hearing aids, now I see why they are so expensive. The big company I used to work for had a budget of £7million for marketing and they were not the biggest advertiser. The internet is just the newest form of advertising and gives you access to companies you may never have heard of before.......yes I did say £7million a year on marketing, imagine that added to the price of your hearing aids.

So many older people are afraid of the internet, scared of buying, sceptical etc etc well embrace it....no where can you get the wealth of information anywhere else, every company has some presence on the internet, you can compare prices, see the maunfatcurers pages for the aids that you have been offered. The internet is the most fantastic advertising medium and it is for you the way to save much time and money on all your purchases, especially hearing aids.

WE DON'T EMPLOY SALESMEN

Are you salesmen selling out of the back of your car? Well I have seen a website with nonsense like this on, I have heard of big companies etc suggesting this, Independents who do not do home visits have said it.....We do not employ salesmen, only have fully qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists, our prices suggest we do not need to hard sell, you know the prices before we arrive, you have probably compared them with others, you will NEVER EVER here us say order today and we will knock this off or knock that off. We are not salsmen we are fully professional Hearing Aid Audiologists there to give you advice and recommendation. EVERY one of the big high street retailers have SALES courses for their audiologists as they say it is a very commercial business. if you want someone to buy something from you for £5k £6k or £7k per pair that the patient can get elswhere for £3k then yes they NEED salesmen...WE DO NOT...

Is it safe...there is no different to a hearing aid audiologist coming to see you from a company advertising on the internet or through any other medium. They must be fully qualified and if they are not registered with The Hearing Aid Coucil then they would be breaking the law. All our audiologists carry their HAC licence and ID with them and show to patients at all times.

We are commited to offering the best service available free of charges for the life of the hearing aid you purchase. The manufatcurers guarantee are standard with EVERY company you buy from and indeed our own guarantees often exceed what you will be offered ANYWHERE.

Now give us a call and have a chat, as lengthy as you like with an audiologist, someone on the phone who will answer all your questions in detail, advise and suggest the best options for you and make an appointment for your free hearing appointment if that is what you choose.
